Raspberry Chia Jam

Recette de confiture de framboises au Chia


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Extra vanilla blend

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 spoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)


1. Heat the fruit in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. 2. When the mixture begins to bubble and the fruit to come apart, continue to stir with a spoon until the desired consistency. 3. Then add the chia and lemon juice, mix well. Taste and add honey, maple syrup, sweetener, etc. if desired, for a milder taste. 4. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. The jam should thicken during this time. 5. Mix one last time; serve immediately or keep 7 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container, or 3 months in the freezer.
