Rainbow chia pudding

Here we have a colored chia pudding great to make and taste with the whole family


  • 4 tablespoons Chia Extra vanilla chia

  • 250 ml coconut milk or other milk

  • Colors: concentrated blueberry juice, matcha, concentrated orange juice, concentrated raspberry juice or fruit powder or food colors

  • whipped cream

  • fruit to decorate


  1. prepare the vanilla chia pudding in a medium bowl

  2. add the hot milk to the chia mixture and put in the fridge for 1 hour

  3. the pudding thus obtained must be solid

  4. then separate the chia into 4 small bowls and add a different fruit juice or food coloring to each bowl

  5. mix well and standardize the color

  6. put in a bowl or jar a layer of each color chia mixture one on top of the other do not mix

  7. then divide the whipped cream into 4 bowls add the same colors as for the chia mixture

  8. put one color at a time on top of the pot

  9. add a fruit to decorate and represent each color
