Ketogenic energy balls with chia

Keto chia balls


  • half a cup of almond butter, peanut or other nuts without sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of the Chia Extra bag mixture according to the desired flavor

  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Extra powder for coating (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon of a granulated sweetener (optional)


  1. Make sure to take the solid part of the nut butter with as little oil as possible so that the balls stay firm

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and wait 5-10 minutes for the chia and coconut flour mixture to absorb the moisture from the nut butter

  3. Shape the balls and place them in the refrigerator until ready to eat

  4. Then we can wrap them in powder for a more spicy taste

  5. The balls can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container
