Chia Fresca lemonade


This little Mexican-inspired recipe is great for hydrating and detoxifying - 3 cups of cold water - a quarter of a cup of lemon juice - a large spoonful of Chia Extra Vanilla mixture - add 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar or agave syrup Mix and wait for the chia seeds to absorb water for 5-10 minutes Add ice cubes if desired
