Chia and avocado mousse

For 8 portions


  • 4 ripe avocados

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Extra cocoa mix

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Extra vanilla blend

  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil or other oil

  • 2/3 cup cocoa

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence

  • a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor

  • 1/2 or 1 cup of honey, maple syrup or 2-3 spoons with the flavor of sweetener Stevia or Monk fruit


  1. Prepare the right amounts of ingredients; peel and cut the avocados first.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor

  3. Start the robot at low speed for 5 minutes then high speed for 1 minute

  4. Add other honey or sweetener according to the desired sweet taste (optional)

  5. Decorate with fruit, whipped cream, coconut, dark chocolate, etc.
