3 Chia breakfast bowl

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon Chia Vanilla Chia Extra

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Extra matcha chia powder

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Extra cocoa chia powder

  • A few berries for the top of the smoothie

  • Some coconut (optional)


  1. Put the yogurt, berries, vanilla chia and banana in the blender

  2. Mix 4 minutes or until desired consistency

  3. Put the smoothie in a medium bowl

  4. Decorate with a row of matcha chia powder, a row of berries and a row of cocoa chia powder
